BOLD NY

The importance of providing services for special needs at an early age is one of Richard Scotti’s main bullet points. The Executive Director of BOLD, the Bronx Organization for the Learning Disabled, Richard Scotti feels early treatment is imperative in preventing worsening conditions. BOLD NY is a pre-school for students with developmental delays from ages 3-5.  The goal of this organization, similar to special education is to re-mediate any developmental issues to allow each student to gain the necessary tools to improve his or herself and be able to grow with their fellow piers.
