Carlos Sierra

Carlos Sierra, a City Council hopeful, is big on education. One reason for that is how public schooling, specifically CUNY, gave him the opportunities to become successful. Now he’s looking to have a say in how our communities are run and he wants to give back, by providing the NYC, the Bronx especially, with the support it deserves.
